Jungle Buzz: Rebel Socialite X Dee & Ricky “Been Did It” Tee

We recently met up with designer Kristoff of the upcoming clothing brand Rebel Socialite and fashion’s famous twin duo Dee & Ricky to discuss their t-shirt collaboration and the start and future of Rebel Socialite. The 3 designed a t-shirt print that reads: “Been Did It” (accompanied by a checked off box) on the front and “Ha Ha Yeah!” on the back of the tee. The concept behind the tee came from the long term bond between the three homies. “Been Did It” stems from their take on Nike’s “Just Do It” slogan, which they often follow with “Ha Ha Yeah“, the laughter and agreement they share. The Rebel Socialite brand started in 2009, it represents the social crowd in the world of entertainment. The twins Dee & Ricky are rising designers from NYC that have changed the world of fashion in a big way with their iconic Lego accessories. Their designs have been supported by fashion mogul Marc Jacobs,  and musicians such as Kanye West and Rihanna to name a few. Kristoff will be making monthly drops for the brand Rebel Socialite, he also plans more personal collaborations that stay true to the street socialites, ranging from photography, to films, to accessories, and whatever lies beyond the horizon.
