Recap: TTK x SLAVEFORYOURSELF Present: “The Last 6 Months”

This past Friday “The Last Six Months” exhibit by TTK & SLAVEFORYOURSELF filled up the Scratch DJ Academy with nothing but beautiful paintings and illustrations surrounded by beautiful people. TTK revealed some very clever paintings inspired by the 90′s era, SLAVEFORYOURSELF presented some abstract illustrations and even showcased some classic leather jacket’s he designed. This collaboration between these two artist brought out the best in the city, the show had a cool nostalgic vibe to it. Wine flowing, hip hop and jazz classics playing, art and hip hop lovers from the 80′s and 90′s era mixed in one room. Just pure good vibes, peep the pictures below.
