T-Shirt – “I Should Just Chill” – Album
Music — By Logoism on June 3, 2011 at 3:04 amOne thing you should never do is judge a rapper by his or her name before hearing their material. I learned that when i first heard of Stack Bundles (RIP), he turned out to be one of my favorite rappers after i made fun of his name foolishly before hearing his music. Today we present you with a very dope album entitled the “I Should Just Chill” LP from a New York emcee that goes by the name of T-Shirt. Now this is the first time i ever heard his music and this is his first appearance on the site. I must say that this LP is very refreshing, starts off with an ode to Raekwon where T-Shirt rips the beat on some old school Wu-Tang type sh^t. That first song woke me up, brought me back to a time where NY rap reigned, he also has a dope diss track on here for producer 88-Keys. Now i feel there is no competition in rap right now and everyone wants to be friends and no one is real enough to make a diss track. A good one at that.. T-Shirt put Keys to rest on that track right there, i respect the energy and realness he brings. The production on here is pretty ill too, some from Jahlil Beats,J Cole, and The Letter L. Now i can go on and on about how good this is but you will have to judge it for yourself, download it!
