Video: Bryant Dope – “Hillside”

It feels like it’s the 90′s all over again with all of these great emcee’s coming out of the borough of Queens. At one point the Queens Bridge section of the borough had so many rappers that made it out of their that they formed an alliance called “QB’s Finest” headlined by Nas and several other worthy emcees. Carrying the torch for them today are artists like World’s Fair, Action Bronson, and Bryant Dope who is our new found talent on JGM today.

“Hillside” is a street in Queens and it’s also a song off of his current mixtape “Queens Kids”. Bryant takes you on a lyrical tour through his hood as he strolls the blocks comfortably. This video is shot very classic like, the main focus is the music and his surroundings, pure hip hop.
