Divas Shop For Opera

Last Wednesday we made a stop at the The New York City Opera Thrift Shop for its annual signature event, DIVAS Shop for Opera. The thrift shop carried a lot of clothes from high end designers like Prada, Manolo Blahnik, Yves Saint Laurent, Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, Akris, Chado Ralph Rucci, Christian Dior, and many more. We browsed around and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and free drinks, we bumped into fashion savvy people like Hamish Bowles who is the editor at Vogue. We were lucky enough to ease our way into this exclusive shopping experience, it would run you $75 to get your hands on one of a kind items there. They also offered a $375 VIP ticket that got you in an hour early and a first choice at all the very best offerings plus a 10% discount on everything you bought. This event was definitely one for the moneyed fashion lovers, check out the photos below.
