The 1st Female To Cover The Bowery Wall

Retna’s mural was painted over white recently and now a new artist is at the Bowery wall making their place in history. Japanese artist Lady Aiko is installing her piece this week, she is the first female artist amongst many famous male artist to paint a mural there. Her name will now be remembered along with Keith Haring, Shepard Fairey and many more. Stay tuned for the completion on the wall later this week.
