New York City DOT Presents: Summer Streets 2012

New York City DOT presents the fifth annual Summer Streets! Through August 4, 11 and 18 from 7 AM to 1 PM, there will be seven miles of New York City’s streets  open for everyone to play, run, walk and bike. The street stretches from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park. Now for all those who hate the NYC traffic this gives you time to enjoy all the daily activities you like to do with out being interrupted by vehicles. There will also be a cool rock climbing at 23rd Street, and a a zip line in the middle of Foley Square. Go out and take a stroll in your favorite city. For more info check their website.
