Well would you look at this, the MTA gave graffiti artists their own subway art cards, oh the irony. You really didn’t think they would do that did you? Art duo UR New York is steady making power moves for themselves as graffiti artist, this is one hell of a statement. Millions of people ride the subway everyday, to have your worked framed in a subway car is better than having it up in a gallery, people from everywhere will see this. Instead of looking up at boring subway art cards from some artist that lives in a cave you can look up at some real NYC sh*t. They’ve made three cards designed in black and white inspired by NYC and graffiti, check it out below.
