New york city bred and Iconic Photographer Ricky Powell recently teamed up with PONY to launch their Vintage Slam Dunk sneaker from 1982 collaboration. This event happened on September 27/28 2012 @ FOOT PATROL in London and SPRMRKT in Amsterdam. Ricky Powell is known for being a in-house photographer for Def Jam Records and his incredible rare photography of the 80s era pop culture. The Vintage Slam Dunk sneaker was inspired by Ricky’s vegetarian lifestyle which the shows is made of canvas instead of its original leather style.
