MMVIII has just released their best look book yet, this is for their Spring/Summer 2012 collection that will be released on May 24th. The look book photographed by Carson Bain features new tank-top designs that come in a rare hippie tie dye color and classic off white/black. This is the first time MMVIII has ever made a slideshow look book with detailed photos along with a video look book, they have stepped up their design and presentation effort big time and this is only delivery one. MMVIII also has many new accessories out like their “grizzly” iphone cases and there crest key chains. The Florida label Vintage Stereon presents their new short short film / teaser for their upcoming collection entitled “Magnum Opus”, it’s Latin for “great work”. The False Inspiration is about not being blinded by false messages the media sends out and not being brainwashed by America, there’s a message from one of their shirts at the end that reads “open your eyes”.

The Profound Aesthetic Company has just released a beautiful set of Spring Varsity Cardigans for the mildly chilly spring days. For their second clothing drop out of their Spring/Summer 2012 collection, the French label Sans Nom teamed up with the young photographer from London, Finn Andres. Together they help shed some light on Finn’s photos that he has took by screen printing 2 of his best images on their shirts. The images were taken during protests in Paris, and during their first visit to Paris, the Sans Nom crew was with him to experience the moments, so you can see how picking the photos came about.  The third T-Shirt carries the same Dog Walker image on the insole of the trainer. Printed on a black t-shirt the classic Ricky imagery carries the scratches and original touches from the film-developed image.

“The Dog Walker – that was a man who was a ‘squatter’ in the East Village. He had a bunch of dogs that he took care of. They would walk around getting food out of trash cans. A staple of the community. The protected the old man, named Julius… You couldn’t go near him. Haven’t seen him in almost 20 years of.”

Lifestyle brand All Day Apparel has launched a 10 part series called the “All Day Skate Sessions”, highlighting some skilled street skaters through mini commercials.
